Healdsburg
A Mid-Century Modern, Expanded
4,800 sf | 2 units, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths
We were so excited to renovate and build upon this tucked-away beauty that we created our own roads to get to it. Once arrived, we demolished, re-framed, and crafted contemporary minimalist details that would assert themselves just enough to let the panoramic views of the Mayacama Mountain range take the stage.
The nitty gritty: Construction on this single-level residence required extensive shotcrete and poured concrete foundations, coordination of split forced-air HVAC system with limited space, comprehensive landscape work, custom-fabricated wood siding with supporting frame system.
